She uses her knowledge and experience in organization development, group dynamics and leadership to help assess, plan, then implement solutions to impact positive change.
She has worked extensively with many types of businesses and has assisted with start-ups, expansions, mergers, healthy but wanting to be stronger businesses and sometimes, closures.
Each stage of an organization requires a different approach and Reed has shown that she can step in to provide useful advice and help to implement recommended changes. Her work in building teams and in helping to improve leadership has been demonstrated repeatedly.
