She uses her knowledge and experience in organization development, group dynamics and leadership to help assess, plan, then implement solutions to impact positive change.
She has worked extensively with many types of businesses and has assisted with start-ups, expansions, mergers, healthy but wanting to be stronger businesses and sometimes, closures.
