Who should apply? If you are a business owner or non-profit organization leader this is a way to give you access to someone who has many years of experience and knowledge in a variety of industries - and easy to speak with or work with via email.
People choose to use the ongoing consultation services for a variety of reasons. Some need a peer to discuss key business decisions and strategy planning while others may need to review an employee problem and get help to improve the situation i.e. the work process, role/duties or person needs to change. Others are at the start up phase and need collaboration and advice about business strategy, facilities, staffing, sales, marketing, accounting. A number are ready to expand and are not sure how to make sure the management, accounting, sales and customer service go smoothly.

Consultation services are $125 per hour with questions via email answered at that rate. Phone appointments are $250 with a 30 minute time frame spent on discussion.
Clients also have the option of monthly services that include a weekly 30 minute phone session and up to 20 questions via email for $1250 per month.
