- Including an appointment by a Superior Court Judge as a Special Master acting as temporary CEO, Reed has been called upon many times to step into delicate situations, provide an assessment, recommendations, then either implement, work with the client to do so or secure assistance as needed. Business issues occur with staff members, business partners, in day to day operations as well as in the economic environment. Reed is able to quickly assist you with an assessment to determine the best strategic steps to take in resolving the issue. She also works directly with you to help you to know the best ways to analyze an issue and then be able to implement solutions.
- Idea Development
- The day to day operations most often take the bulk of energy from business owners and their employees. The ability to step back and conduct reviews of the business seem like a luxury or are not thought of at all. Yet, so often the owner or employees may have ideas that can lead to breakthroughs or more profit for the business. Utilize experienced help to look at your ideas, create an "idea index" then determine which ones to develop further. Work through one or several to create a resulting project plan. Based on the results of further review, define whether to proceed with implementing the idea.
- Project Organization
- Receive direct help in defining the project, including development of an overall schedule. The schedule will include the specific goals of the project, a timeline, a list of tasks or to do's to be accomplished and an project budget. Based on the results of the project materials review, a decision then would be made whether to continue with implementing the project.
